All Tour-Mate system components carry either 1-year or 2-year (parts & labor) warranty covering both manufacturer’s defects and normal wear and tear.

Ongoing issues such as system upgrades, repairs, tour additions, tour deletions, questions should be just as important to you after your system is installed as they were when you first signed on with your Audio Tour provider. At Tour-Mate, our commitment to service is paramount.

The Tour-Mate Maintenance Plan (fee based) covers all repairs and service to components to your Tour-Mate system. In addition to regularly scheduled on-site service visits client’s can ship equipment to one of Tour-Mate’s repair depots in either Victor, NY or Toronto, ON for repair or replacement.  

For Tour-Mate clients opting not to enrol in a Tour-Mate maintenance plan, we offer on going system service on an "as needed" basis. As needed maintenance is exactly that. Should any component of your Tour-Mate system require service or repair, the equipment would be shipped to one of Tour-Mate's depots located in Victor, NY or Toronto, ON. Repairs would be effected, and the equipment would be returned to you. You would be billed for the parts and labor required to make the necessary repairs.
