In 2006 Tour-Mate launched the eco-friendly EB-100, North America’s first ecological, power-smart, self-contained tour guided system. The EB-100 is designed to provide visitors to outdoor attractions with multi-message and/or multi-lingual audio interpretation. The EB-100’s power is provided by the user who turns a hand crank located on the front of the unit. It is designed to withstand weather extremes, making the EB-100 ideal for walking trails, parks, beaches, scenic vistas, historic battlefields, gardens, highways and byways.
